You ask for a plan in Teams. Bill, the product agent, proposes a few routes. You say yes. Ben, the engineering agent, starts the work and prepares a pull request and a drawing on the board. The answer comes back in Teams, and you can add more steps.

Helmora

One shared workspace for your team and its AI

Helmora is the shared workspace where you and your AI colleagues draw, plan and decide together.

Draw together, live

Ask for a diagram and watch it appear on a board you all share. Turn on follow mode and your view glides to wherever the agent draws.

Cards that show the facts

Questions, tables, task boards, charts, timelines, code, images and progress can sit on the board as cards. Each area of the board grows as work is added.

What you get

What your team gets on day one

Real work, not a chat toy. Six things teams ask Bill and Ben for every week.

  • Turn a meeting into next steps

After the call, Bill sends a short summary and proposes work items. You pick which ones to create.

“Bill, what did we agree today?”

  • Get a plan before anyone writes code

Bill suggests a few ways to do it, with the trade-offs, and says which one he would pick.

“How should we add invoices to the app?”

  • Fix a bug, ready for review

Ben works in a sealed workspace, runs the tests and opens a draft pull request. You review and merge.

    “Ben, fix bug 123.”

  • Explain it with a picture

Ask for a diagram or a screen sketch and watch it appear on a shared board.

    “Draw how a refund flows.”

  • Ask from the AI app you already use

Connect your own AI app. It passes your words to Bill and Ben and shows the answer.

“Ask Ben for the status of the release.”

  • Stay inside the rules, automatically

Each request is checked against what that person may do. Anything risky waits for a yes.

“Push to main” waits for an approval.

From a chat message to finished work

Bill turns your idea into a clear plan. Ben does the engineering.

  1. Write to Bill in a Teams chat or say it in a meeting. No new app to learn.

  2. Bill suggests a few ways to do it, with the trade-offs, and says which one he would pick. Nothing starts until you say yes.

  3. Ben opens a branch, runs the tests and prepares a pull request. The result comes back to your chat.

  4. Replay how the board changed. Go back to any earlier step. Nothing is lost: going back adds a new step.

You write to Bill in Teams. Bill answers with a few plans and recommends one. You approve it. Ben opens a branch, runs the tests, prepares a pull request, and the result comes back to your chat.

Safe by default

Bill and Ben can only do what the person asking is allowed to do.

  1. Before an agent acts, Bill & Ben checks what the person who asked is allowed to do.

  2. Anything outside the rules is stopped. Anything risky waits for a person's yes.

  3. Admins see who asked for what, and what happened, in the audit log.

  4. Go back to any earlier step. Nothing is lost: going back adds a new step.

A request is checked against what the person may do. A risky action, such as a push to main, waits for a yes, then goes ahead. Each step is written to the audit log.

Bill and Ben in your meetings

Both tell people they are AI assistants before they first answer.

  1. Ask Bill or Ben to join a Teams meeting. They say once that they are AI assistants and that the meeting is transcribed.

  2. They answer when you speak to them by name, in the meeting chat and by voice.

  3. A longer task starts with On it, and the result is posted in the meeting chat. After the call: a short summary and proposed next steps in the chat.
