## What do Bill and Ben do?

- Bill turns your idea into a clear plan. Ben does the engineering.
- Write to Bill in a Teams chat or say it in a meeting. No new app to learn.
- Ask Bill or Ben to join a Teams meeting.
- After the call, Bill sends a short summary and proposes work items. You pick which ones to create.
- Ben works in a sealed workspace, runs the tests and opens a draft pull request.
- Ask for a diagram or a screen sketch and watch it appear on a shared board.

## What stays under your control?

- Bill and Ben can only do what the person asking is allowed to do.
- Anything risky waits for a yes.
- Pushing code, writing to work items or editing the wiki waits for a person’s yes.
- Both tell people they are AI assistants before they first answer.
- Admins see who asked for what, and what happened, in the audit log.
- Export or delete a person’s data on request.

## Where does the work run?

- By default Ben works in a sealed workspace. You can also send work to your own computer.
- A fresh, isolated space for each task, wiped when it ends.
- A small app you install and approve. It asks before it runs anything.
